In late 2008, Sunny Group of Companies expanded upon its Sweet Lime Restaurant brand launching a new location on the isle of St Kitts.
Immediately following the launch of the new restaurant, Sweet Lime hosted a Carnival All-Inclusive Party, ‘Champagne & Pearls.’To appeal to the nearby university, the restaurant pitched its ‘Wednesday College Night’ Party.
